Good concept and placement of the figures.

The foremost woman is not positioned correctly for throwing a punch (even if she is someone who isn't trained.) Her back leg is locked and her foot is flat on the ground. The position does not indicate movement or momentum.

Also, the girls look too happy (not enough anger underlying the happy.)

I dig the choice of clothing and simplicity in the surroundings. These keep the focus clean.
